“ I had SUCH a nice time here! We got a spot on the patio outside and the weather was absolutely perfect. I love how much patio seating they have, and the lights and lanterns they had hung up were so fun and bright. Service was good, everyone was attentive and our water stayed filled. I got a strawberry margarita, which was very tasty and not too strong. The chips were thin and crispy, and the salsa wasn't spicy at all and had a good flavor. I ordered 3 tacos, I tried the Nopal cactus taco, the Al Pastor taco, and the Alambre. I think the Alambre was my favorite. The cactus was good, it tasted a bit like a fried green pepper or zucchini, but was a little slimy. Still, I would get it again and I'm glad I branched out and tried something new. I would recommend it if you wanted to be adventurous but not TOO adventurous. They came with a green sauce that was creamy and spicy, and an orange sauce that was thinner and less spicy but still with a little kick. Both sauces were really good. I got the churros for dessert and I feel bad saying they were my least favorite part of the meal! They came out HOT and fresh and rolled in cinnamon sugar, but I think they really needed a pinch of salt to take them to the next level. I liked both the chocolate and caramel sauces with them. I also tried a bite of the Flan and I definitely regretted not getting that instead, it was SO rich and creamy and cinnamon-y. I DEFINITELY want to go back and try more tacos, more margaritas, and more desserts. I wish I lived closer, I could see myself eating here all the time. ”
“ A great place for very authentic Mexican food. Portions are great and the flavors were really good. Price is also great. We found the service a little slow, especially considering we were the only ones there at some point, but overall it was a very pleasant experience. ”

“ 5 stars for 5 reasons 1. Lengua tacos are so good! Lengua is beef tongue! Give it a try! Lengua is so tender, soft and juicy! The texture is not for everyone but I love it! 18 dollars for 3 tacos. Birria tacos are fried and crispy braised short rib tacos with cheese, onion and cilantro. Served with consomme. Gotta dip the tacos into the soup, it really compliments eachother and offset the fried tacos. 16 dollars for 3 tacos Steak tacos are also really good! Soft and tender flavorful. 18 for 3 tacos 2. Quick quick service! When we ordered it came out 5 mins after we placed order. 3. Price for what we got is amazing considering it’s Bethesda! 4. Quantity and quality is top notch 5. Chip/salsa and guacamole is amazing! Complimentary chip and salsa! And refill twice on the house ”
“ I came here to celebrate a birthday with family. We came during Saturday brunch but ordered from their lunch menu which offered more variety. We ordered the fish mixto ceviche and guacamole and salsa with chips to start. The ceviche was too tangy and had too much citrus for my liking. We ordered the Mexican corn, chicken quesadilla, steak quesadilla, shrimp tacos, carne asada and birria tacos for entrees. All the food was delicious. We ordered the fried ice cream and tres leches cake for dessert, which was a good way to end the lunch. For drinks we ordered the mule and old fashion, which were nice and strong. I would definitely return here. Our service was great and the food was pretty good. ”
“ Spot on! Homemade salsa and guacamole with light crispy white corn tortillas. If you’re adventurous, try the octopus taco. Better yet, the grasshopper taco with fresh lime and cilantro cream. Excellent margaritas with fresh sour mix. All of the staff were delightful. ”
